How do I use the seeds daily?

Chia: soak 1–2 tbsp in water or milk for 15 min. Flax: grind or chew well, add to oatmeal or warm water. Pumpkin & Sunflower: eat raw as a snack or toss on salads and smoothies. Every order includes usage guidance — and our PCOS kit includes a free 1-on-1 dietitian call.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! COD is available on orders up to ₹500 across India. For orders above ₹500, we accept UPI, cards, and net banking. Every COD order is confirmed on WhatsApp before shipping.

How long will delivery take?

Orders ship from Delhi within 1–3 business days. Metro cities: 3–5 days. Other locations: 5–8 days. You'll get a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us at seedovaindia@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the product. We send a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
